Tonight we ate and drank our way through a 13 course dinner at Barley Swine. It was inventive and original, and almost always hit the mark. The presentations were also stunning. If you decide to go, I strongly suggest making a reservation. The place is tiny, and very popular.
Pictured bellow are our two favourite dishes of the night. For the savoury: braised rabbit with blue cheese and parsnip straw. For the sweet: lemon sorbet, whey panacotta, coffee dirt, beet coulis, and brulée grapefruit segments. Yum!
