Chili peppers | Home

Our peppers are doing great in the heat! The red chilies are being especially prolific. The green peppers are a heirloom type of poblano (stuffing peppers), but it would be hard to stuff much of anything in there! They taste great though.


I used some of the red chillies to make spicy pickled beans from the garden. (Note from the future: apparently these were not so tasty.)
