…at least partially!
Today I harvested a whole bunch of greens from the garden, and used it as the base for my dinner. I ended up with a good mix of spinach, arugula, sorrel, radish greens and flowers, mint, and oregano. Not bad!
To this I added beet carpaccio, cherry tomatoes, some lovely canard confit from Granville Island (Oyama), and a little bit of brie.
Just trust me, it was amazing!!!
