Easter Sunday | Canada

In the morning we hiked to the top of Mont Foster and got a wonderful view of the Eastern Townships. It was cold and windy though, so we didn’t stay too long on the viewing platform before making our way back home.

Once at home Travis started to work on dinner: a roasted leg of lamb with potatoes and asparagus. It was quite the feast!

I don’t think you’d want the potatoes, they were cooked underneath the lamb leg. They tasted as amazing as they looked though, for us non vegetarians!
