Our hostel in Belgrade had a great kitchen, so we made sure to use it. Tonight we decided to make risotto arancini salad with blanquette de veau with chantrelles.
Travis got Dave to help make the risotto balls – my job was to “look pretty” (thanks Trav!). Here are the pictures of Dave learning how to make the balls, and then making them.
Travis took care of making the main course, but I took very few pictures of that.
And here is the final product! Having married a chef is by far one of the best decision of my life – and thank you Dave! 🙂
