More Sofia | Bulgaria

It’s not because we went shopping that we skimped on the sightseeing. We turned shopping into a nice walk, where we past by the Presidential building, a few parks and churches, two weddings and the the Church of St-George, the oldest building in Sofia. We also crossed the “yellow-brick road” a few times, but don’t ask, I have no idea why Sofia has an entire road painted yellow. For lunch we had Japanese food (all ex-Soviet countries seem obsessed with it!) and for dinner we had Chinese. It was a good day!
